"Our heart looks further than our mind."

This workshop facilitates deep and profound experiences from your heart and may open a "gate" in your life. No matter who we are, no matter what we do and what we live - we all have a heart. Our heart holds within the only truth and pure wisdom. Healing our heart in us is about healing our self and our soul. It is the gate to our soul’s purpose and unique path. It is the gate to unity consciousness and unconditional love.

Our heart deserves to be acknowledged, loved and opened to its fullest potential. This journey may not be the shortest and easiest ... and still with knowing this, no matter what has to be done, this road is worth the time spent on it. Each Person knows for her/himself if and when to start this path of the heart. This often long road we take in life is only 30 cm long - from our head into the heart.

THURSDAY – evening / FRIDAY Morning

Opening Ceremony
Meet & Greet. Welcoming of all dear souls sharing this sacred journey of love. We will be creating a sacred space for the workshop and setting a personal intention for this weekend. You will get an introduction about the deeper significance of love in our life and in the world as one being. Once we fully open up to the flow of life, we open up to our full potential of living and creation. 

FRIDAY – preparation to leave our mind (09.00 – 13.00 and 14.00 – 18.30)

Mother Earth Meditation with Tibetan White Tantra
Mother earth is the divine feminine and is pure consciousness. She knows everything. Explore your connection to her and see how it will change throughout the exercise.

Our Truth of Love
Our perception of Love is the way how we create and receive Love in our Life. Discover the keys to unlocking your gateway to your path of love. Explore the labyrinth where your truth resides.

Trinity of Love
About the trinity and how gratitude and resonance in love are our key to the spiritual realms.

Energy Clearing
Clearing of our energy field from current and past life traumata, contracts, cleansing our body of entities and foreign energies, binding soul contracts that are already fulfilled, energy blockages from old injuries, balancing and harmonizing our chakras and more. 

SATURDAY – healing day (sunrise – 08.00 sacred site ritual and 09.00 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 17.00)

Tantra of Earth & Sky Ritual – Sacred Site Ritual
The rising of our energy unifies in sacred union with father sky, our soul and mother earth. This is a gateway to deep profound healing for body, mind, soul and earth on various levels. We connect in gratitude with our soul and the soul of mother earth.

Rebirth from the Eternal Womb of unconditional Love
With the use of sound and the heart energy of the group, we create an eternal womb. This is our own primordial place where we can heal and solve energies that no longer serve us. We get born anew, coming out of this eternal womb and feel ourselves embraced by the love of All That Is.
Firewalk Ceremony – optional, not incl. in the workshop fee (18.00 – o.e.)
Firewalking acts as the catalyst which enables people to reach out and go beyond self imposed limitations. Let go! (on demand in special workshops)

SUNDAY – heart day (09.00 – 13.00 and 14.00 – 17.00)

Communion with the Soul
We connect with our soul and exchange our gratitude with our soul’s elixir.

Heart Opening Sufi-dance
Intention drives the moment and interferes with reality. Our intention of how we approach someone and the honouring of those people with love and gratitude is heart opening.

Entering the Sacred Space of the Heart
Talking to and exploring our sacred space of the heart is a direct way of communication with our soul. This connection happens consciously through entering the sacred space of the heart. Various exercises help us to shift from our mind focused reality into our sacred space of the heart. 

What to bring

• comfortable clothes to let your energy move swiftly through your body and mind
• comfortable walking shoes for the visit of Avebury’s sacred sites
• personal meditation pillow and/or blanket if you have one
• water bottle
• something to blindfold (scarf or any other cloth etc., best choice is www.mindfold.com )
• a personal item to put on our “altar of intention” for the time of the workshop
