Paradigms and Beliefs 
Our own personal truth, called paradigms and believes, tell us exactly what is possible and what not. Through our thoughts about what is possible and what is not, or about what is true and what is not, our mind litterally limits our possibility to create in endless varity. With our thoughts we are either our biggest enemy or our best friend.

Structures of Beliefs and Consciousness
Various structures of believes form the reality we live in, we once decided to live in for what ever reason. This may be patterns about culture, country, religion, company, club etc. Once we join them in any form, we become part of the convictions, beliefs and truth of this consciousness and with that part of that lived reality.

Our Chance for Transformation 
A chance for transformation lies within this simplicity. If we change our patterns of  thinking and believing, we change our perception of reality and this means we change our reality ans truth itself . We are not able to change the reality of other people if they are not willing to change themselves. We all have the free will to be different. Do you have the guts to be different?

Do you REALLY want to live this way? Or do you have certain "excuses" why you have to?
We  always have a choice, even if we think we don't. Many times the other choice seems not to be the esiest but for sure is more alligned with the true longing of your heart.
